Fixed typos in German translation

Fixed a couple of typos, grammar mistakes and inconsistencies (like missing periods) in the German translation. I left the strange (?) mixed German-English words alone because I didn't want to have a bazillion changes on my first PR. However - translations like "ferne Repositorien" (remote repositories) sound a bit strange and confusing in my eyes.
