Before this proposal, all tasks surrounding mirrors were manual and in free-text form. This RFC therefore outlines the definitions and guidelines surrounding both becoming but also maintaining and decommissioning a mirrors in a new format using TOML and GitLab.

RFC 43: Clarify single line per sentence specification

The markdown line length check is disabled to facilitate having a single
sentence per line, making diffs easier to review and avoiding text
rewrapping when changes occur in a hunk.

During implementation of this RFC we figured out that the initial
intention of disabling the line length was not written down explicitly.
Fix this by putting the intention and expectation into the specification
section of the RFC.

Update the hugo book theme to the latest commit to fix build failure

"ERROR deprecated: .Sites.First was deprecated in Hugo v0.127.0 and will
be removed in Hugo 0.140.0. Use .Sites.Default instead." currently
breaks the build pipeline. It has been fixed in [1], but a new version
of the theme has not been released yet, so bump the submodule to the
latest commit, to get the fix.

Add git command to allowlist

In Release 0.129.0 [0], hugo changed their internal implementation to
respect the allowList config when calling git. Adding this fixes the
currently failing build.

The git information is used to add the "last modified" link at the bottom of each RFC
page.
