Packaging fixes + user-install hook
Packaging fixes:
- install *.hook files to
/usr/share/libalpm/hooks/ - fix broken symlink:
/usr/bin/vdhcoapp -> /opt/vdhcoapp/vdhcoapp - Fix user-level post-install & pre-remove hooks
- Bump pkgrel to 3
