Record the rebuilderd queue length in prometheus so we can generate an
alert for when the queue length keeps rising. As this could be an
indication that the rebuilders have builds which are stuck.

Run the blackbox exporter on monitoring.archlinux.org to monitor other
machines http status for public services we provide. Also has an alert
for when a certificate is about to expire in 3 days.

Otherwise it will be appended and not picked up by the gitlab-runner.

It may contain sensitive data so skip showing it publically

Check the borg backup status more often and add a condition to not check
the borg status if the repository is locked.

As Debian is very different from Arch and a lot of roles tasks need to
be adjusted to support it.

Extend the prometheus role to open up a firewall port for
monitoring.archlinux.org for the node-exporter port. In the future the
ip of monitoring.archlinux.org should not be hardcoded in ansible but
retrieved using ansible host variables.

The open firewalled ports cannot be removed out of the box by the
firewalld module and have to be an exact match of the old ip address.

Setup borg for monitoring.archlinux.org and add a borg last backup
timestamp as prometheus metric to monitor if backups are done.

Initial version of a basic prometheus server with a
prometheus-node-exporter which should be deployed on every host. The
node exporter contains a simple arch textcollector for pacman and
security updates.
