Create Gitlab MRs, show build status in their pipelines

    • Automatically create "bump pkgrel" commits & branches for packages that need to be rebuilt
    • Open MRs for all branches involved in a namespace if they don't exist yet
    • Add link to buildbtw build namespace webview in MR description for now
    • Should we try to prevent branches/MRs from getting involved in multiple build namespaces?

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
