Creating a proper Web-Page for the Mirror-list

Goal

I want to make the mirror listing page good. Inspired by the mirror listings of Tails or Ubuntu. Or at least provide it uniform theme as the rest of the website, that can be done in two ways:

• Generating a table dynamically below the Mirror list generator after press of the button, currently it sends you to another page [Go to https://archlinux.org/mirrorlist/ choose options and select generate]
• Creating a standalone web page for the listings

Currently the Mirrorlist page of the Arch Linux looks like this:

Can I get assigned to this issue?

Note: I would need someone to just show me where the web related files are, I tried to find them but didn't succeed, I am even not sure i am opening the issue in the right place

The official issue tracker for the Arch Linux website lives here. BTW we have two mirror overview lists, here and mirrorstatus. The mirror list generator shouldn't "look" good it should give you text output of a mirrors.
