The default set is defective and only covers `twitter.com` and
`youtube.com/shorts`.

Take the [official list][1] and filter it to remove providers that
Synapse rejects.

Currently needs a hack in
/var/lib/synapse/matrix-appservice-irc/node_modules/matrix-appservice-bridge/lib/components/media-proxy.js
to replace the `"http"` require with `"https"` or the proxy won't work.

Install pantalaimon with `--no-deps` so that we can upgrade matrix-nio
for compatibility with Python 3.12, even though pantalaimon specifies
`<0.21`. This requires listing all packages to be installed, gathered
via `pip freeze`.

Mjolnir does not support Node 20.

The bridge dropped support for Node 18.

Doesn't make sense to split these; the notifications are unnecessary.

ansible-lint 6.19.0 started complaining about this:

   schema[tasks]: 'become_method' must be one of the currently available
