GitLab becomes unhappy if it can't poll localhost.

This reverts commit 750c2f6f.

For unknown reasons we basically allowed phrik to allow arbitrary sudo
commands which isn't great as phrik is an irc bot.

Add a new graph which shows the overall results summed up per status.

No need to store secrets for more than one matrix server.

Issuing a certificate requires nginx to be running, but nginx requires a
certificate to start. Fix it by using Python built-in http.server.

Fix #30

It should also be installed before installing any packages with Ansible.

It should make it easier to change how the certificates is issued.
Ex: If we want to switch to ECDSA certificates in the future or replace
certbot with something else.

These ips are no longer controlled by Arch Linux and ftp-archlinux is
not synced by anything from us.

We aren't interested if status.archlinux.org is down as it's not part of
our own infra.

This dashboard is for the general node_exporter system status in
Grafana.

The box now is much smaller than the box we had the wiki on before and so we used a lot of workers because it didn't matter.
The new box had too much memory pressure and so we had to decrease this.
In a load test, it lead to much better performance under high HTTP load.

Resolve warning from systemd that setting service/timer files to 600
is useless, as systemd still makes them accessible via APIs without
restrictions.

Fixes announcement release email.

The former approach to export a maildir and iterate over it with a
script broke when the mail server and the web server got on their
own hosts. This will use IMAP IDLE to check for new mails and pass
them instantly to the djange manage.py script without storing the mail
locally.
