Improve backup docs and add borg wrapper

This improves the documentation a great deal and actually documents how to restore stuff from our backups while not on the same machine and therefore fixes #56 (closed).

I added a small wrapper script which greatly eases working with many different backup server by always picking the correct keyfile.

As part of this, I validated that our backups actually work and can be restored from.
