add rewrite role to keep mailman2 list links working

The idea of this branch is to create the following type of redirects:
https://lists.archlinux.org/listinfo/pacman-dev/ ➡ https://lists.archlinux.org/mailman3/lists/pacman-dev.lists.archlinux.org/

This fixes the old mailman2 style links used i.e. here: https://archlinux.org/pacman/#_mailing_list
