Draft: Backport PCRE 2 support
PCRE 2 support was added upstream in 5.9.3. As this package has no maintainer I am offering this as an alternative. It applies cherry-picks of the following onto the v5.9.2 tag:

Related this package supplies the transitive dependency to freeradius.
