Add gitlab CI integration to build all releng artifacts using mkarchiso

Add initial gitlab CI integration to build all supported buildmodes of archiso's releng profile.

Relates to #8 (closed) in that it makes use of the consolidated build-host.sh script in a locally included pipeline (see archiso!175 (merged)).
