Visual: On package-details page, Maintainer is shown as a clickable URL if not logged into aurweb

A small visual inconsistency I noticed a while ago. (Or maybe it was a deliberate choice?) If one is not logged into the aurweb and loads a package-details site, the name of the Submitter and Last Packager are simply shown as text. But the name of the current Maintainer is still a clickable URL.

So, nothing major, but maybe something to streamline?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
