fix missing permissions for fetchmail to pass mails to patchwork

Final changes for the patchwork migration

Change the DNS record from a CNAME to apollo to point to the new patchwork machine.

Changed the user creation to not create the home directory anymore. Also fixed the uwsgi vassal
file owner and permissions, because the deploy was not working.

Added the missing systemd daemon-reload handler, otherwise running with -t patchwork
will not work.

Updated patchwork to version 3.0.0.

Created a playbook for patchwork.archlinux.org

Added patchwork to the relevant groups on hosts and created a new host_vars file
for it.

We did only use it for patchwork which is using fetchmail now.

Updated the hostkeys for the new patchwork server.

Add asknot pages domain

Add A/AAAA domain for pages

This makes it easier for projects to use it as they only have to provide a single CNAME entry
instead of having to provide a A and a AAAA entry.

don't add docker to trusted zone

Adding docker0 to a trusted zone creates issues with the latest docker
pkg. The daemon handles firewalld itself and errors since the interface is
already in zone trusted and thus can't be handled by it's own zone.

Make rsync_net role runnable

As this role runs as your normal user and we can't chown it to root so
this line fail, ignore the ansible-lint error which is raised if no
permissiosn are set.
