[DB] PackageComaintainer SQLAlchemy ORM model
We need a PackageComaintainer SQLAlchemy ORM model in the aurweb package
toward our efforts for the FastAPI port.
A simple example model can be found at aurweb/models/term.py.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
