I don't expect more GitHub Pages to be set up, so using a explict
resource instead of abstracting it, is fine I think.

The HTTP code must be 2xx for probe_success to indicate that the probe

We want non-DevOps to be able to deploy project documentation (ex:
repod) with GitLab Pages and a separate domain was considered the only
sensible solution due to security issues[1].

roles/prometheus/defaults/main.yml used to include a comment with the
commands used to generate a list of HTTPS endpoints to check. Move it
into a proper script and fix it to generate the correct current list.

- add the new role to redirect.archlinux.org
- release mirror.pkgbuild.com of all DNS duties

Ensure all the nameservers serving the geo.mirror.pkgbuild.com subzone
are working and respond with a valid resource record to A/AAAA queries.

Monitoring just geo.mirror.pkgbuild.com would only monitor the mirror
returned for that geographical area, with this commit we monitor all the
potential returned mirrors.

With the PHP->Python port done[1][2], there isn't much need for aur-dev
anynmore. Most things can also be tested locally and aur-dev haven't got
any love since the port (ex: allowing the aurweb maintainers to deploy
without asking DevOps).

This is a partial "revert" of: 01b2b5b2 ("Remove non 200-399 status code domains")

The monitoring on luna fails randomly and we have no proof that the mail
server does not work. Disable it for now until it works in a stable
fashion.
