Created a playbook for the new wiki.archlinux.org machine, based on the apollo
playbook. Removed from php_fpm the unneded modules.

Added a host_vars file for the new wiki.archlinux.org machine, with the required
variables, specially the memcached_socket, for the prometheus exporter.

Added the wiki.archlinux.org machine to the hosts file as part of the respective
groups.

Changed the wiki's dns record from a CNAME pointing to apollo, to an A/AAAA records
pointing to the new machine ip addresses.

Revert "add hcloud volume to archlinux.org machine to host ISO files"

The additional volume is not needed since the machine has actually
40 G of diskspace. The btrfs partition had just to be resized.

tf-stage1/archlinux: Change DNS records for the archweb migration and also increase the machine size

Changed the A and AAAA record for @ to point to the new machine. Also, since we can't have CNAME to
@, change www from CNAME to A and AAAA and point to the new machine too. The other domains were kept
CNAME, but pointing to www in this case. Also, the master-key domain only had an A record, so added an
AAAA record too. The TTL is still at 600, but we can increase after a while.

Change the archweb_db_host variable to point to archlinux.org instead of
apollo. This is of particular importance to gemini.

Since the network manager package is still pointing to http://www.archlinux.org for its check,
add a variable archweb_network_check_domain and change the nginx conf for both the maintenance
and regular, to allow the check to pass for the www site. Once the package is updated to point to
http://archlinux.org and after a reasonable amount of time has passed, we can remove this.

Also mask postgresql.service to make sure that other services with
